At AÉROPROTEC, the FAI flat rate corresponds to administrative fees related to the initial production launch of a part (change of methods, creation of a range, etc.). It is therefore quoted and invoiced for each new part.

AÉROPROTEC is Nadcap-certified for dye-penetrant testing and magnetic particle testing. This means that a technical sheet must be created for each new part undergoing NDT for monitoring purposes; this technical sheet must then be validated by a level-3 operator. This document called “FT Niv 3” is appended to your quotes and invoices.
